Rebranding of the exterior of BALA stores franchise. In total, 131 stores were completed throughout the Czech Republic.

IMPLEMENTATION

In 2019, we won a public tender to supply the rebranding of the BALA stores franchise. Multiple people were involved on the project including a graphic designer, photographer, project manager, project coordinator, plus implementation teams in production and installation. We completed some stores in 2019 and the rest in 2020, when we had to deal with the impact of the first wave of the COVID pandemic, among other things.

INTERESTING STATS

  • 131 stores were completed throughout the Czech Republic in total
  • Materials-wise, thousands of m2 of printed foil, hundreds of m2 of dibond were used on the project, including several thousand km of travel
  • We installed an average of two stores per day including relocations

CLIENT FEEDBACK

The BALA retail network is the first independent network of food stores in the Czech Republic, which currently has more than 1,500 members in all regions of the country in its Bala and Bala Gastro networks. BALA cooperates with its members in the form of franchising and provides them with all marketing support and mediates the best business conditions.

Choosing a partner for outdoor store rebranding was important to us. The goal was to find a partner who will cover all activities from graphics, through production and implementation teams in the field, which ROTF met and today, months later, we can say that together we managed to meet our goal and implement all the stores we had scheduled. Complaints were minimal and if there were any, the ROTF team always approached them professionally. We continue to cooperate with ROTF on the implementation of outdoor signage for new members of our network.
